National Network

What if your plan didn't lock you into a network? What if you could see any provider, anywhere in the country, and your coverage worked the same way? We partner with First Health for easy access to 1,500,000+ providers and 6,500+ hospitals nationwide, but you're never forced to use them. Go in-network for convenience. Go out-of-network if that's the right doctor or hospital. Either way, Presidio pays.

How does the national network work?

Your cost structure stays the same wherever you go: $0 deductible, 50% coinsurance up to your Moop, then the plan covers 100%. We go halfsies, in-network or out.

In-network with First Health is the smoothest path. Providers already have negotiated rates with us, claims process cleanly, and there's less friction at the front desk. Showing your card and getting care is straightforward.

Out-of-network still works the same way on your end, $0 deductible, 50/50 sharing, up to MOOP. The trade-offs to know:

  • More friction. Some out-of-network providers may want payment upfront or take longer to file claims.
  • Presidio pays based on the network-contracted rate for that service, not whatever the provider charges.

Emergencies are simple: go to the nearest ER. Network status doesn't matter when it's an emergency.

Why does a national network matter?

Real choice. Keep your doctor. See the specialist you trust. Use the hospital you want. The plan follows you.

The same cost structure everywhere. $0 deductible. 50/50 up to Moop. 100% after. Predictable in-network, predictable out.

Easy when you want easy. First Health gives you a smooth path with negotiated rates and clean claims when you'd rather not think about it.

Coverage that travels. Nationwide. Across all 50 states. In-network options almost everywhere you'd go.

Emergencies, anywhere. Nearest ER is the right ER. Don't shop. Get treated.

Accident and Sickness policies have separate out-of-pocket maximums. Subject to limitations and non-covered services of the Policies. Pregnancy and maternity in the first year are subject to a separate pregnancy deductible.
